Projects Village on Redwood

Interwest prepared preliminary and final development plans, including modifications to the adjacent city street to accommodate parallel parking and a public sidewalk for this affordable housing project on a 9.6-acre site.

Village on Redwood features a large community green space, clubhouse with fitness center, playground, dog run and a new City Natural Area with walking trails, a pond and boardwalk. The project meets Fort Collins’ Enterprise Green Communities Guidelines by using various green building techniques to conserve energy and water, and to minimize light pollution.
