Projects Sphere of Influence Update and Current/Long Range-Planning Services

The Interwest team is currently assisting the City of Lodi’s Community Development Department with background studies and managing the environmental review to update the City’s Sphere of Influence. The updated Sphere of Influence which will streamline and facilitate future development.

Additionally, Interwest provides a range of current and long-range planning services to the City of Lodi. These services include assisting the City with an update to its Flood Control Ordinance to achieve consistency with SB5 200-year flood protection requirements and and update of their current Safety Element.
