Interwest’s IT Services team assisted the City of San Juan Capistrano by writing an RFP and going out to bid for a new phone system, as the City’s current provider was unable to administer all of the resources that the City required to function and maintain their current phone system.

By composing an RFP and going out to bid, the City saved approximately $30K annually; savings which allowed the City to upgrade its backend fiber infrastructure. The key role of our Interwest IT Services team was to help facilitate the RFP, implement, migrate and project manage the new phone system for the City of San Juan Capistrano.
