Projects On-Call Planning Staffing Support

Interwest is providing on-call planning assistance on a project-by-project basis for the City of Orinda, under the direction of the Planning Director. Since commencing this assignment our staff has assisted the City with entitlements for a variety of ministerial and discretionary approvals.

Assigned projects include:

• Design reviews
• Hillside grading permits
• Exceptions
• Tree removal permits
• Building permit planning compliance review

Our staff is responsible for all aspects of the assigned project from initial consultation to final planning conformance inspections.
