Our Team Marcie Jorgensen

Marcie brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and right of way industry serving in the housing and transportation sectors. As Director of Real Estate Services, Marcie is responsible for directing Interwest’s real estate professionals throughout California.

Her primary responsibilities include oversight of company real estate services and marketing and oversight of public and private sector project activities. She also continuously identifies areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.  Her solution-oriented management style allows her to identify project roadblocks and offer positive solutions.

Outside of work, Marcie is working toward her goal of attending a baseball game at all the 30 MLB stadiums. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, going to Disneyland, and interior design.
