Our Team Eric Pendley

Eric brings more than two decades of experience in building code consulting, grounded in a strong foundation in the construction industry, where he worked as a carpenter and builder. Since transitioning to municipal services in 2001 and joining SAFEbuilt in 2007, Eric has earned a reputation for practical insight, operational excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the industry.

From city staff and elected officials to developers and community stakeholders, Eric’s collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge continue to support successful partnerships throughout the West.
