Martha brings over 25 years of expertise to residential and business relocation, guiding individuals and families through the intricacies of the Uniform Relocation Act and various HUD programs. As Director of Relocation, focusing on low-income populations, she’s passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient transitions. Martha leads a team of project managers, overseeing every step – from proposal writing to plan implementation. Her bilingualism (English/Spanish) further strengthens her ability to connect with clients and meet their specific needs.

Martha nurtures inner peace through meditation and yoga and participates in kickboxing and Pilates. She finds beauty in daily moments and cherishing loved ones. These practices and a belief in the universe’s power and upbeat energy guide her journey.
