Projects Woodward Headquarters and Manufacturing Campus

Our team at Interwest prepared the Master Plan and Final Construction documents in relation to the site, utility, grading, drainage and erosion control for the Woodward manufacturing and office headquarters campus on an approximately 120-acre site in Fort Collins, CO.

Highlights of this project include innovative low-impact stormwater management systems, preservation of historic structures and the development of a Natural Areas Floodplain and Wildlife Corridor. Construction plans also included the design and construction administration for improvements to two adjacent arterial roadways involving the addition of curb, gutter and sidewalk, drainage systems and median modifications.
