Projects Yorba Linda Town Center

Located in the heart of Yorba Linda’s historic downtown area, the Yorba Linda Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly retail center comprised of many restaurants, department stores, and upscale entertainment.

This $3.8M dollar project included the installation of a new storm drain system, as well as the widening of Lakeview and Yorba Linda Boulevard inclusive of decorative sidewalks, landscaping, and bio-swales. Interwest provided construction management and inspection on this project, meeting an aggressive overhaul of the planned schedule to recover from an initial project delay.
