Terry Rodrigue

With more than 35 years of experience in City Engineering, City Traffic Engineering, Community Development, Public Works, operations, design, and special district financing, Terry has the insight and ability to provide technical and strategic assistance and support to city managers, elected officials, and their communities. Over his career, he has successfully negotiated and resolved sensitive, political, and controversial program, policy, staffing, and project issues. His approach is to ensure he is meeting the needs of the client in the most effective and efficient way possible and to work with individual communities in order to focus on what is possible through creativity, expertise and relationships.

Terry founded Interwest in 2002 with the goal of creating the best company he could to attract and retain the best in the industry, and provide them with the support they needed to focus their energy on serving their clients above all. Of all of his accomplishments, he is most proud of the environment he and his team have created over the years that empowers staff and provides a path for personal growth. He strives to continue and build upon this culture by showing appreciation through the company’s annual family retreats and through the creation of the Interwest Foundation to further serve local communities.

When he’s out of the office, Terry enjoys road cycling and challenging himself with new and interesting rides. He loves the outdoors and traveling, but his favorite place by far is at home with Pamela, their kids Alex and Malani, and their dogs Dylan and Squirrel.
