Joe Dingman

One of the newest members of the Interwest Leadership Team, Joe Dingman brings over 25 years of unique expertise in process improvement, quality control, mentoring, coaching, and business development in the public and private sectors.

Before joining the Interwest team as our first Director of Strategy and Business Transformation, Joe was on the executive team for a city in northern California and honorably served our country in the United States Air Force and worked as the Executive Advisor to the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Washington D.C., just a few of his impressive accomplishments. Joe is excited to be a part of the Interwest team and is inspired to work with a group of professionals focused on delivering excellence to communities and clients.

In his free time, Joe enjoys golfing at the Monterrey Peninsula, spending time with his family (especially at Disney Theme Parks), reading, flying, and watersports.
