Since 2010, Interwest has provided Development Engineering Services and CIP delivery to the City of Vallejo Public Works Department. Our team currently provides technical assistance and support to the City Engineer and Staff, Department of Public Works, City Manager, City Council, other City Departments, and Community Stakeholders on current development engineering-related programs, policies, activities, and projects. This project was completed in 2019. The project consisted of dredging approximately 50,000 CY of material from the Vallejo Marina. We managed the project for the City from design through construction.

Interwest provided CIP services to the City of Vallejo Department of Public Works as part of our on-going On-Call with the City. In 2015, Interwest provided CIP services during the renovation of the maintenance building and the facility yard. The building contains a dispatching center, administrative offices, meeting rooms, driver rest areas, and our vehicle maintenance shop. The facility yard is equipped with a drive-thru bus wash and fueling depot that dispenses unleaded gas, diesel fuel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Additionally, there are four 80-kWh electric bus charging stations used to charge electric buses.
