Laguna Ridge Specific Plan Area
Elk Grove, CA

Interwest provided technical guidance and review of internal traffic circulation, phased roadway improvements, master studies, drainage/water quality facilities, traffic impacts and mitigation measures for the 1753-acre specific plan area. The project consists of 1,200 acres of residential, 70 acres of auto commercial, 126 acres of retail shopping centers, 51 acres of office parks, 106 acres of schools, 18 acres of the City’s future Civic Center, 165 acres of parks and 17 acres of a water treatment facility. Interwest provided and continues to provide services throughout the entitlement, plan check and construction phases of the project.
